  1. Thanks for sharing our anthology Roxie! The animal rescue is such a wonderful one… they help families in need with food and medical in an effort to keep animals in their original homes along with rescueing them from shelters to foster and give them more time. I certainly appreciate your sharing this!

      1. Hey Rich!
click on the ‘details’ link above, that’ll take you to their page…about the second paragraph down is the email addy to send subs…

            1. after having read their guidelines, I think the story i had considered submitting probably does not fit what they want. although the short story does involve a dog rescue, it is not the main focus of the story. i’m sure they’ll have others in which the rescue part is more central to the story.

            2. i doubt it because it is designed so that you don’t even know it’s about a dog until the last word of the story. i know you’re a very busy woman, but feel free to read it. on my blog, under “shorts” and called “boy.”

            3. I’ll read it as soon as I get a chance, Rich…sounds good!
Hey, a heads-up: if you’ve got your work on your blog, it is considered ‘published’ and venues will not accept it. you may want to remove it from the blog if you’d like to publish it somewhere…

            4. someone really smart told me the same thing yesterday. so you and that smart person are now double smarts. thanks.

  2. No pets in this house, but I always appreciate the opportunities you present to us, and of course, to peruse your blog!! Thank You!
